ASSEMBLY DUO/TRIPLE

Step 1

Use a spirit level to place the Flip Clip Triple/Duo at a height of approx. 170 cm. When determining the mounting height, use the devices you want to hang up as a guide.

Transfer the two drill holes at the top to the wall.

Step 2

Remove the Flip Clip Duo/Triple from the wall and drill holes with a diameter of 8 mm at the marked points. Then insert the dowels supplied and countersink them flush with a hammer.

The dowels included in the delivery are compatible with the following substrates:

  • Plasterboard (min. 25 mm thick)
  • Gypsum fibreboards
  • Bricks
  • Concrete

The use of dowels is not necessary for mounting on wooden walls

Step 3

Now screw in the screws included in the delivery, using a cordless screwdriver and a TX20 Torx bit, up to a distance of 5 mm from the wall.

Now the Flip Clip Triple/Duo can be hooked onto the screws.

With the Flip Clip Triple, the two holes below must now be marked and drilled, as in steps 1 and 2.

Step 4

Finally fix all the screws with a cordless screwdriver.

Make sure that the screws do not overtighten when screwing in and thus do not grip!

If this is the case, we recommend moving the Triple/Duo and repeating the previous steps.

ASSEMBLY REGULAR/FLEX

Step 1

Remove the flip clip from the system rail and place it using a spirit level at a height of approx. 1.70 meters to the top edge of the bar. (Rounded bar side!)

Transfer all of the holes in the system bar to the wall.

Step 2

Remove the bar from the wall and drill a hole

with a diameter of 8 mm at the marked points. Then the supplied dowels can be countersunk flush using a hammer.

The dowels included in the delivery can be used for walls made of:

  • Plasterboard (min. 25 mm thick)
  • Gypsum fibreboards
  • Bricks
  • Concrete

There is no need to pre-drill for mounting on wooden walls and you don’t need any dowels.

Step 3

Position the bar on the wall.

Screw the included screws into the holes by hand and then attach them to the wall using a cordless screwdriver and a TX20 Torx bit.

Make sure that the screws do not overtighten when screwing in and thus do not grip! If this is the case, we recommend moving the bar and repeating the previous steps.

Step 4

Now the individual clips can be placed at any position.

To do this, first hang the individual clips on the top of the bar, fold them towards the wall and lower them into the lower groove of the bar.

If this is not possible, the fixing screw in the middle will need to be loosened slightly.

Step 5

The individual clips can now be positioned on the bar according to your needs and fastened hand-tight using the fixing screw and a 3 mm Allen key.
